About this apartment rental
This lakefront "Treehouse" apartment offers the perfect respite for couples, families, or fishermen.
Enjoy a clean, comfortable space with central AC, WiFi, and a large screen tv after a day on the Lake. Enjoy sunset views from the swinging sofa in the sunroom porch, or grill out on the furnished deck overlooking the bay. Large eat-in kitchen features a sectional sofa. Sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps two. Games in the cupboard. Piano may need tuning, but enjoy. Amenities include:
2 reserved parking spots
1 reserved spot on a shared (private) dock (NOT available after Labor Day)
Note: There are 20 steps (with two spacious landings) up to the apartment, which is located above a 2 bay boat garage. The hallway to the first bedroom provides privacy, but there is no door. Outer walls slope under the eaves but allow comfortable passage in the hallway.
Late check-out requests honored when possible. There is a nearby marina for renting boats and a public boat launch
Great location for easy excursions to Alexandria Bay, Jacques Cartier State Park, and Clayton.

Location was perfect! Only concern was the sulfur in the water. It let of a very strong smell. Made showering unpleasant. Other than that, everything was wonderful!!

We had a great weekend fishing get away at this Black Lake rental, such a great location. It was clean and tidy, well furnished. The private shared dock was awesome tucked away out of steady boat traffic. Great communication too. Will definitely be going back.
