You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. We had great stay!The view of the ocean was amazing; could see sunrise and sunsets, just beautiful. The pool and hot tub area are well maintained and welcoming; pool is heated. The beach is just a short walk away. The condo itself is clean and well maintained with amenities as described in the listing. Received communications early about check in and response time to questions was quick. There was construction going while we were there, shows the commitment to upkeep and safety of the condominium complex.

We had an amazing stay here! Though the home needs updating, it was very clean and spacious. The best part? The million dollar view from the large, covered deck! We spent most mornings and evenings here watching the sunrise and sunset. Simply beautiful!! We would definitely stay again.

Great location! Directly across the street from Smathers Beach. Wonderful heated pool and hot tub.The condo is nicely laid out, kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and had beach towels and a couple of beach chairs.The furniture on the porch is nice quality but oversized. There were only 3 of us but with a large counter-top-height, 6 person table and 2 large rocking chairs we had trouble enjoying sitting out there. Also, the traffic was noisy as were occupants below us starting at 6 am. Might be worth using a white noise machine when sleeping in the master bedroom.No lights in the dining/living room worked. The dining table fan/light remote battery was dead (we replaced that ourselves) and the only lamp in LR was missing a turn knob. Maintenance was responsive, pleasant and fixed the lamp.Finally, the gated property caused us a lot of hassles. The code we were given to access the property upon our arrival did not work, no one answered the intercom button or the text/phone for the property mgmt. We had to sit outside until someone needed in and followed them. We were to use a remote button key-fob to enter the property the rest of the week but they only gave us one so we had to coordinate activities all week (even a simple morning run or time at the beach) with all 3 of us to make sure we could all have access to the property. We called mgmt. to ask if we could get another fob or a code but never received an answer to our request.Overall a great stay!

The door to the master bedroom stuck when closed. For 2 days of our stay, we had to leave the condo due to extreme noise right outside our condo due to construction.
