About this apartment rental
Cozy private apartment situated 2 minutes driving off of Exit 28 on 495-E. Around a 10-minute walk to the nearest shopping center ( Safeway, CVS, Chipotle, Starbucks,
Domino’s Pizza )
-5 minutes drive to UMD (University of Maryland)
15-minute drive to downtown Silver Spring and a 30-minute drive to downtown DC, very centric.
-The apartment is a completely separate building that sits over a detached garage
NOTE: Work trucks are parked at the property & we head to work at 7 AM on Weekdays only
The space
-2 Bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed.
The Main Bedroom has a love seat and an access door to the bathroom.
An extra airbed can also be arranged if needed.
-Fully furnished Kitchen with Microwave, Fridge, Electric Stove, and plenty of cabinets and counter space.
-The dining table is ideal for enjoying brunch in the morning.
- Now, you can enjoy the outdoors on a newly cemented patio and take in the vibrant autumn leaves.
-The unit is equipped with both air conditioning and heating.
The apartment is a completely separate building that sits over a detached garage. Also, just so you know, the apartment is upstairs, in case that's a consideration.
-Pets accepted, and a large yard for your dog walking; please pick up after the dog does his thing
-PLEASE NOTE: that work trucks are parked at the property, and we leave for work at 7 AM on weekdays only. The trucks are not excessively loud, but please be aware that there may be some noise in the morning that could be inconvenient for you.

This is our second time staying here - it is clean, private, & very welcoming! Though the kitchen is not large - the selection of cooking utensils & fridge space provided was especially appreciated during our Thanksgiving stay. Heriberto is a great host - glad to have stayed & will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, the bathroom and bedrooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Check-in and parking were smooth and hassle-free. The yard was a great bonus, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Great communication from the host in answering any questions we had. The mini-split systems did an excellent job regulating the temperature in each room, which made the space very comfortable. Overall, it’s a cute and cozy place—perfect for a small family.I gave the "accuracy of listing" a 4/5 because the apartment is located above a garage. I’m not sure if that was clearly mentioned in the listing, but it could be helpful for families who might be sensitive to that kind of detail.
