This 1,800+ sq ft luxury casita is located directly on one of Cape Coral's beautiful boat canals, and it's a prime spot to enjoy all the local delights of this magical town. This is also one of our most affordable South Florida vacation homes, a popular choice for groups of up to 6, family and friends.
The Space:
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms benefit from spacious design and a split floor plan that gives the master bedroom its own wing, allowing everyone plenty of space for relaxation and privacy. High ceilings, numerous windows and sliding glass doors, and recently updated designer décor create a look that is indulgent and bright. The living room has plush seating, a large flatscreen TV, and an enticing view of the water. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a comfortable dining area that invites lively meals. Wireless Internet is included.
The master bedroom has a giant four-poster king-size bed, a roomy master bathroom, and sliding glass door access to the pool. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds that are great for kids, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and lots of light. All bedrooms include a flatscreen TV.
The backyard lives up to the South Florida vacation lifestyle. The heated pool and spa with a waterfall feature are fully screened-in, and a spacious deck with lounge chairs invites sunbathing and tropical relaxation. The outdoor dining area with a grill guarantees that the alfresco entertaining will be a success. The dock includes more lounge chairs and a Tiki Hut with attractive lighting. The view overlooks the intersection of two canals, an ideal perch to enjoy drinks, wave at passing boats, and marvel at the tranquil beauty of this stunning locale.

2) Once you have reserved this property online, we require the following:
a) The responsible party will sign a rental agreement, which includes filling out a list with names and age s of all occupants (this will be emailed to you).
b) The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their driver license or passport.
3) No special events or parties are allowed without prior consent from iRenta
4) No pets are allowed without prior consent from iRenta

We really enjoyed our stay. The property has everything you need for a very enjoyable holiday. We made great use of the beach equipment. Kitchen is also very well stocked to make cooking at home easy. We loved the outside space, seating area around the pool and the tiki table at the water side were great for relaxing and watching the boats go by. Would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for a home in Cape Coral to stay with your family…This is the one! We enjoyed our stay immensely, and the house was just as described! It is beautifully decorated and the pool was amazing! The host was so helpful towards us and we really appreciate it. We didn’t have one single issue. The beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the pool and the bathrooms. Furniture was beautiful. We will stay there again next time we are in Cape Coral!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!💕

This property is awesome. The pool was amazing we spent a lot of time on the patio which was so comfortable. Sitting down at the tiki table was great as you were able to watch the boats go by.
Thank you for an enjoyable trip! Would definitely rent this house again.

Thank you for having us! Our stay was relaxing, and the property was great. Just a few comments but by no means a complaint. The app was inaccurate. The WIFI password was incorrect, and the door code was not there. I was told I received an email but could not find it. The person who texted me was quick and helpful. One thing that would have made this a perfect experience is if the tv's in the bedrooms were replaced with a system that can accept app log in info (I get the DVD player took my Netflix log in but it was really really slow and outdated) or cable TV. It was really outdated.
