The condo includes linens, convenient onsite check-in, and optional contactless check-in for an easy arrival experience. Guests are allotted two parking spaces in the onsite garage (6’8” clearance), with limited oversized parking available.

The hotel part was fine, but the parking garage was terrible. It's hard to park a truck in the garage when you could find a spot. But the last night there I had to park outside the garage in a handicap spot and I got a $25 parking ticket.

Seabreeze Realty is an amazing realty company. I made a mistake with my booking dates and Seabreeze Realty was able to accommodate me to this condo. However, the condo shows is age. There are two spots in the ceiling near the door that were falling. The condo had a overall wet smell. In addition, the refrigerator was taped up in at least one spot. However, it was clean.
