Enjoy a fully renovated 2-bedroom house that will charm you with its comfort and atmosphere.
We’ve taken great care in decorating it to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.
Ideal for a family getaway, a trip with friends, or a business trip.

Located in the quiet neighborhood of Saint Porchaire, not far from local amenities, Le CINQUIEME is the perfect base.
Everything has been arranged to ensure you have maximum freedom and comfort so you can fully enjoy your stay:
- 24/7 access – A self-service key box system allowing for flexible check-in starting at 4:00 PM, even with last-minute reservations.
- Fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle)
Coffee, tea, and cereal are provided to make you feel right at home.
- Enjoy the living area to relax and share your best moments
- High-speed internet with Wi-Fi - Smart TV
- 1 bedroom with a “QUEEN SIZE” double bed (160x200), walk-in closet, and desk
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) that can be pushed together to form a large bed (180), with a walk-in closet

Bed linens and bath towels are provided. They are dry-cleaned.
