About this house rental

Exquisite renovated private bedroom, kitchenette, full washroom are located at ground level of a detached house in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. It has its own private backyard entrance, carpet flooring, double French door looking out to the nice backyard view.

10 minutes drive to the airport. 5 minutes drive to the famous Steveston Village. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shop , banks, golf course and playground are all less than 10 mins walk.

We needed a quick place to stay due to circumstances and it worked out very well. the area and neighborhood was great. The hostess was very helpful and nice. A few things to consider for maintenance was the washing machine did not work, we did not know this at booking. This was a need as per our circumstances, had to go to laundry mat. The supplies in the kitchen could have been stocked a bit better and maintenance done (garbage bags, dish towels, drying rack, kitchen sink faucet...etc...) the oven and stove were a bit greasy and dirty. No living room or tv, I would recommend a wall mount tv in the bedroom. Good place for exploring, we really enjoyed Steveston fisherman's wharf. I do not want to get down to much on this property as overall we did have a enjoyable stay overall and the hostess was great!!!! First time in Richmond and we really liked. Just some recommendations.
