About this house rental
Ideal for 4 persons (bedroom with double bed, divisible, and sofa bed for one and a half hours in the living room).
Bathroom with large shower (with hairdryer). Equipped kitchen. Television in the living room, garden. Free private parking. Guests can also take advantage of the space adjacent to the house for outdoor dining, surrounded by plants and flowers.
Just 100 meters away is the beach with a typical restaurant with veranda overlooking the sea.
From the beach begins the promenade that runs along the coast for two kilometers from where you can access the parks of Nervi rich of countless species of trees, rose garden and the museums of modern art. In the parks there is a large space dedicated to children's games and a bar.
The arrival time is between 14.30 and 18.30 while the departure time is between 10.00 and 10.30.
The house is located only 9 Km. From the center of Genoa can be reached by bus or train.
The bus stop is right on the road near the house, the train station is only a 15 minute walk along the road or the beautiful promenade.
By train you reach the center of Genoa (20 minutes) and easily the localities of Camogli 15 minutes), Santa Margherita and Rapallo (20 minutes), Le Cinque Terre (45 minutes).

Where to begin? The reception of Renato was already really charming and at ease, we immediately liked the house we would stay in. It has everything you need, including a washing machine, mosquito machines and blinds to keep out the heat. The little apartment is located in the garden of Renato and his wonderful family. We never heard them or they never interrupted our privacy, only to bring fresh plums from the garden. One of our kids was sick one day and Renato didn't hesitate to bring us to the doctor and pharmacy. He even stopped at a bakery to let us try the local specialty: focaccia!
The apartment is located just a few steps from the little beach (with rocks) and beach towels are provided. There's also a lovely walk along the coast toward the train station, the area is really pretty. Just a train ride of 20 minutes away from the city center of Genova, Renato's place is in an excellent location.
We would definitely stay here again when we come back. Many thanks to Renato, Anne and the rest of his family for having us!
