Beautiful house and location. Easily walkable to shopping and restaurants at princeville center. Great communication. Would definitely stay there again. The only downside is that the listing says you can walk 15 min to the beach - which as far as we could tell is not accurate - all beaches required a drive. It would help with planning to know all beaches require a car. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The house is great for a large family! It is conveniently located within walking distance to the marketplace. The hosts were very attentive and responded to us within minutes when we had questions. We really enjoyed the house, unfortunately the pool was not heated and the weather was on the colder side during our two week stay so the pool went mainly unused. If you are looking for a large house in proximity to beaches and activities this house fits the bill.

The house is a wonderful property landscaped beautifully.
The layout is nice. The driveway is very narrow and hard to
back out of. First the lack of air conditioning is the most immediately noticed problem. It’s time the owners step up and invest in a good HVAC system. Very uncomfortable if not impossible to sleep in this house. This would also increase the value of the property.
2nd item is the complete lack of any grab handles in any of the bath tubs or showers. Floors in tubs are very slippery and there’s nothing to grab if you fall.
3rd item is the lack of a railing on the pool steps and on the hot tub. Very hard for seniors to get in or out of the pool and tub. The tile around the pool area is very slippery, my wife and I both came close to falling several times.
4th. For what we paid for cleaning the property it should have been a lot cleaner. Every fan is full of black dirt and blows off in chunks. The swimming pool looked like it wasn’t cleaned in several weeks.
5th. The upstairs dining area window coverings have many pieces missing and the allows the sun to glare into the living room and dining room making them uncomfortable to use.
