This brand-new two-story, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is designed for families and friends seeking relaxation and adventure. Situated just a short drive from downtown Southport and the stunning Oak Island beaches, this retreat offers comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay. Enjoy exploring Southport's delightful restaurants and historic waterfront, a picturesque spot often featured in films.
Downstairs:
Entryway Closet: Handy space to stow away your belongings as soon as you enter.
Living Room #1: Unwind on the comfortable sectional sofa and enjoy a movie night on the premium 65-inch TV.
Kitchen: Equipped with double sinks, a huge island, dining table, fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has dishware, silverware, and all necessary cooking supplies. We provide cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil, and cooking spray. There’s also a spacious walk-in pantry. Enjoy your morning coffee at our well-equipped coffee station, which includes a toaster and electric kettle.
Laundry Room: Includes a washer, dryer, and drying rack for your convenience.
Half bathroom: conveniently located on the first floor.
Upstairs:
Master Bedroom: Features a king-sized bed, a dedicated work area for remote work, and a premium 65-inch TV. The master bathroom includes a shower, linen closet, and a spacious walk-in closet. The master closet contains extra pillows and a duvet. Extra blankets and comforters for each bedroom are in their respective closets.
Second Bedroom: Offers a queen-sized bed for a restful night's sleep.
Third Bedroom: Furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-size trundle, perfect for kids. It also includes a pack'n play with a mattress and sheets for your baby.
Hallway Bathroom: Full-size bathroom with extra towels.
Living Room #2: A dedicated game room with a foosball table that converts to a pool or air hockey table. The loft also has a premium 65-inch TV for movie or game nights, board games to entertain everyone, and a sofa that converts to a full-size bed.
Enjoy complete access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the game room loft, and the outdoor space. The only exceptions are one small upstairs linen closet reserved for owner supplies and one garage, which is not accessible to guests

The house and location was perfect. I wish there were more hand towels in the kitchen. I loved it and we had an amazing stay.

We were very pleased with our rental.Specifically:- Easy check-in and easy check-out- Super responsive host. Leading up to the rental and, once we arrived. We had one small issue with logging into Netflix and Dmitri fixed it in minutes.- Good location, close and convenient to both the beaches and downtown. Once the construction on the road in front of the development completes, it will be even more convenient.The only downside of the weekend was the overzealous cops trying to stick tourists with tickets - which we barely avoided.To sum it up - nice location in an easy to get to beach town that's not as crazy as Wilmington/Wrightsville or Myrtle Beach.
