About this cottage rental
Apartment on the upper floor of the owners' house, accessible via a separate external staircase and a 45 m² terrace. It comprises: a living room with a sofa bed and an open-plan fitted kitchen, one bedroom (one double bed, one single bed, one extra bed), a hallway (a few steps), and a shower room with WC. There is a shared, unfenced garden. Carport available. Free access to the campsite 100 m away, featuring a 5000 m² pond for fishing and swimming (with a rowboat), playground equipment, a swing set, a slide, a sandpit, and table tennis. A fitness trail in the national forest is 1.5 km away. Mountain bike rentals and function rooms are available on site. Certified "Accueil Vélo et Cheval" (Cyclist and Horse-Friendly). Ecouves Animal Park is 6 km away. If the apartment exceeds the maximum occupancy of 5 people, a supplement of €30 will apply.
Only one pet is allowed.
For business travelers, cleaning is mandatory. Overlooking a magnificent panorama of the Ecouves state forest, this cottage enjoys an ideal location at the crossroads of hiking trails (GR22, Chemin de Saint Michel, GR36, and Véloscénie cycle route) and just a few kilometers from Alençon. You can take advantage of the leisure facilities at the nearby campsite and the mountain biking and nature outings organized by the owners each week during the season.
