New Listing and Newly Renovated. Come enjoy relaxing at our Waterfront Lake House Fishing FrenZee on Bullock Pen Lake. Great fishing and great location. The house is centrally located to enjoy all the activities in the area (see list below). The house is right on the lake with 2 fire pits, kayaks and cornhole and new gas grill. Also less than a mile to the Boat Ramp. All updated kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove. Master with Queen Bed and second bedroom with Bunkbed Full and twin on top and twin trundle. The basement has a large cozy couch with a large TV and a full size Golden Tee 98 and Bowling Game.

We absolutely loved the house and grounds. It looks like it’s been completely renovated recently. Good quality appliances and cooking equipment. Everything we forgot to take they had available at the house. My husband loved the fishing (the dock is on the property). The neighbor came by and introduced himself. He was very friendly and even took us out on his boat. We loved our time there and really hated to leave. Hoping to return some day.

Very cozy, quiet and relaxing place to stay. This place has a beautiful view off the back deck and the owner provides everything needed to enjoy time on the water. From fishing gear to kayaks and life jackets. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.Owner was very responsive and even left us a small tote bag as a gift. Overall we had the best time staying in this home.

Just a short end of summer getaway forte family. Great check in process. The owner was extremely helpful with suggestions on restaurants and activities. The house was extremely clean. Kitchen was nice - all cooking utensils were there. Grounds were well kept. Kayaks were great, with life jackets for everyone. TVs in every room. Fire pit was safe and in the perfect spot. We even made a new friend in the neighbors cat , Pearl, that came to visit everyday! Beautiful views of the lake!

Very cute cottage & stay. Our group was one adult w/3 teens, and it was perfect for our needs while we visited Ark & Creation Museum for a conference - great location roughly halfway btwn both. On our down day, the kids loved the corn hole and kayaking! Living room fit our four comfortably for evening chats, large table gave us room for board games, deck was nice for me in the evenings. Property is as described and wonderful, thoughtful host!

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum! The home was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was absolutely beautiful—right on a peaceful lake. Our whole family of 6, loved kayaking together and fishing off the pier, making some great memories. Best of all, it’s very close to the Ark Encounter, which made it super convenient. If you’re planning to visit the area, this is the perfect spot to stay!

My family fully enjoyed everything this lake house has to offer. Highlights for us included the kayaks, the griddle on the back deck, the cornhole boards, the firepit, the dock, the golden tee arcade in the basement, and the super clean and updated interior. The host was great with communication before & during the stay. The house itself was very clean, but is very small. If you have 2-3 people visiting or are not trying to manage naps with others around, it would be a better fit for you. We had five individuals (two adults, two small child, one infant), & it was just too small. We knew the home would be on the smaller side, which we have done before without issue. However, the living space is generally slightly larger and/or the outdoor space is more usable than this home. Looking back at listing photos now, we can see things that would have turned us off beforehand - the basement is not a finished basement and is not suitable for children to play in at all. Again, for older youth or adults, it would be okay, but I personally did not want to hang out down there, which reduced the living area size (we thought it would be a usable downstairs from the description). The outside is nice but is a very steep slope to the lake. With elementary aged children, we were unable to let them run around & play in the yard. Again, looking more closely at listing photos, it is sloped. We just did not realize how much until we arrived. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, though the next door neighbor was closer than we would have liked. We could hear his phone conversations outside, so I'm sure he could hear us as well. It was kind of an eye sore, but we never felt unsafe. Overall, the home was great if you know what to expect & have those needs.

This was our first big trip post-Covid. Started the trip planning to see the area sites and we did. But my husband doesn’t really relax and enjoy the quiet time unless we find a place on a lake for a little bit of fishing. Our daughter is 17 and may not want to travel with us many more times, so she got the opportunity to make some fishing memories with her Pops. Dee is a great host, every thing was wonderful and we appreciate the time spent in her home! The neighbors are very kind and helpful too!

Visited for four nights with my wife and two granddaughters. The property was as described, located on a small lake, with lots of amenities, including kayaks, fishing, fire pit, corn hole, etc. Communcation from the owner was timely, and checkin easy and smooth. The house was clean and well furnished and stocked. We used it as our base to visit the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and Cincinnati Zoo. It is centrally located for all of these, and made for very relaxing evenings after a busy day. We enjoyed fishing, corn hole, sitting and grilling on the back deck. Too hot for a fire, but there are two fire pits! The property was perfect for us, and highly recommend.

This is the perfect property between the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter! The Lake house was definitely a nice suprise and better than expected! Everything is nicely updated and remodeled. The neighbors are very friendly. Dee was such a fantastic host and even gave my oldest son some pointers on fishing. When we arrived we found a specialized gift just for us! It was a much needed get a way and my kids said it was by far their favorite vacation place and we have been to a lot of places! There was so many options to sit and relax by the lake. We loved the dock to fish, we spent a lot of time in the boats and explored the whole lake! We saw so much wildlife, cranes, beavers, racoons, fish jumping, deer, squirrels and we kept our eye out for that Eagle! If we ever are back this way from Colorado we will definitely stay here. This is the perfecr getaway. Right on the lake with plenty of outdoor activities . Between the kayaks, fishing, corn hole & huge deck overlooking the lake its a wonderful way to spend the day outdoors. The lake house is cute & modern & stocked with everything you could need. It was clean & welcoming. I absolutely recommend!!!
