About this house rental
Our "Farmhouse" will sleep 12 comfortably! There is plenty of space to roam and we are 1 mile from Rough River State Resort and Nick's Boat Dock and close to the Falls of Rough. Our property offers hiking and beautiful scenery, and you can bring your boat and put in at Nick's or state dock! Bring your family and friends and spend the days on the water and come back to relax by a campfire! Beautiful sunsets here, too! We have 4 bedrooms and 3 have queen beds, the 4th has 2 queen beds. The family room also has a Futon bed which is a queen, also. The kitchen is stocked with everything you should need! We have 2 bathrooms, also. One is in off the master and includes a soaking tub and stand-up shower. The outbuilding will be locked but you can access the porch and swings, we also have Bluetooth speaker you can hook to inside and out! We have DVD players and movies to have family movie night, but I doubt you will spend much time indoors!
Amenities at Ready for some R&R? We are 1 mile from the State dock and Nick's Boat dock!

Had a great time at their house. They were very communicative and check in and out was very easy. House was in great location to Nicks boat dock where our boat was! I would give them 10 stars if available!

Great place, very clean, super close to Nick's boat dock where we keep our boat. The rental was very cute, everyone loved it, plenty of room for a large group, we had 8 but could have held more very comfortably. were already thinking about booking again before this summer is over, we'll be back.
