About this house rental
Large house of more than 200m² of contemporary atmosphere, carefully and richly decorated.
It is equipped for a maximum of 6 people.

You will love the privacy of the 150m² terrace, it communicates with all parts of the house, you will find a heated swimming pool of 8.5x3 (security is ensured by an approved tarpaulin and an alarm for children), as well as its many deckchairs with their beach towels, a relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, a dining area with a designer table for 8/10 people, parasols, in the pool house you will find a summer kitchen sheltered from the heat under the shade of our old oaks, it is equipped with an electric plancha, an electric grill plate, an electric oven, a side table for 6 guests, you will also find a garden area planted with Mediterranean species.
Living room of 75m² with large screen TV of 165 cm, 2 sofas 4 seats, office space, free Wifi, A large bay allows you to access directly to the pool area not overlooked.
A sleeping area, composed of a master bedroom of 18 m² with a bay opening onto the garden, a 160x200 bed, storage, a large bathroom with shower tray of 2mx1m, 2 stone sinks, separate adjoining toilet.
A second sleeping area, with the "Roses" Room of 12m², a terrace overlooking the garden, a bed of 160X200, desk and storage. Bathroom with shower tray, washbasin for 2 people, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Separate adjoining toilet.
An attic mezzanine of 15m² above the living room, equipped with 2 independent beds of 90x220 cm, (for 2027, given the increasing size of the "teenagers" we have changed them for lengths of 220 cm) on request the beds can be pushed together in order to create a sleeping space of 180X220.
A living room including, a library area decorated with vintage armchairs, a dining room with a table that can accommodate 6/8 people, a television, an open kitchen, fitted and equipped with: electric oven, microwave oven, steam oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, wok hob, hood, sink and dishwasher. All kitchen utensils as well as the necessary crockery. A bar/serving hatch will allow you to communicate with the dining room, a door will open direct access to the outside.
Around the house, the flowery and wooded pleasure garden embellished with a pond bordered by aquatic plants, will allow you to enjoy the calm of the place and the view of the surrounding countryside. An enclosed parking lot allows you to park your vehicles.
When you arrive, please bring your rental contract, a valid identity document, a copy of your "civil liability" insurance contract.
ON REQUEST to be paid to us on arrival:
- Baby equipment (high chair or booster seat, travel cot or bunk bed, changing table with bathtub) 10€ per stay
- A linen rental package (sheets and towels) price per room, for your entire stay 18€.
- For stays of several weeks, we can offer you an intermediate cleaning for 15€ per hour.
- One person will come once a week to ensure the maintenance of the pool.
MANDATORY: the end of stay cleaning, the rate is 80€ to be paid on arrival.
For children: Beware of the risks associated with the Swimming Pool and the Pond,

We recommend repositioning the pool cover every evening.
