In the heart of the small town of character and stopover village of Châtelaudren, 15 minutes from the beaches of the bay of St-Brieuc and close to major sites such as Bréhat Island, Cap Fréhel or the Pink Granite Coast, La Récréation offers you the La Marelle apartment in the unique setting of a former 19th century school. Restaurants are at your disposal in the town as well as all local shops (bakeries, butchers, bank, supermarket, tobacconist, etc.). The apartment with an area of 61m² located on the ground floor consists of a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate up to 3 people. You will appreciate the atmosphere mixing modern comfort and references to the past with high-end bedding and provision of all modern equipment. The room has 100% French high-end bedding with a 160x200 bed and a 140x200 sofa bed offering a real mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, 4 gas hobs, combined fridge-freezer, filter coffee makers and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc. Fragonard products are available. available in your bathroom (soap, shower gel, shampoo and body lotion). The bathroom offers a shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail. The toilets are separate (toilet paper provided). For children and on request, we provide free baby cot, high chair, bathtub. The heated indoor outdoor swimming pool is available from the 1st weekend of April to the last weekend of September and placed for minors under the responsibility of a responsible adult. Bathrobes and foutas for adults are provided. Access is authorized from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the season (except September: 7 p.m.). Secure parking with automatic gate in the interior courtyard of this old school is at your disposal. La Récréation is also a guest house, we live on site and are readily available for personalized concierge service.
