About this apartment rental
The 46 m2 apartment is located in a residence close to the downhill and cross-country ski slopes. 300 meters from the residence is the shuttle bus leading to the various ski slopes as well as to the city center of Les Rousses located 2 kms.
The apartment has:
- a living room equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed;
- a kitchen, equipped with a Tassimo coffee machine, a microwave oven, a grill oven, a raclette machine, a fondue machine, a toaster and a vacuum cleaner;
- a mountain corner equipped with a bunk bed (dimensions of the 2 beds: 190 x 90 cm);
- a large bedroom (bed size: 140 x 190 cm), also equipped with a travel cot;
- a bathroom with a washing machine;
- a closed garage located under the residence. There is also a parking lot at the foot of the residence.
2 extra beds are available.
Pillows and blankets are provided. However, it is necessary to take your sheets and household linen
If you do not wish to do the cleaning, a cleaning fee of €75.00 is offered.
Rental is only by the WEEK.
The residence is equipped with:
- an outdoor swimming pool open from 15/6 to 15/9 from 10am to 8pm
- 2 tennis courts;
- an indoor games room open all year round from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and equipped with ping pong tables, board games and sports equipment.
The village of Les Rousses is located on the Swiss border and close to many lakes and waterfalls including the Hérisson waterfall (35 kms).

Great flat in a beautiful location. Amazing communication and support from the owners here on Abritel and from the building manager during our stay. We loved the flat, it is well made, it was clean and perfect, and it had everything we could need. Bonus points for the ping pong paddles and tennis rackets. :) The swimming pool was amazing too, big, with fresh, clean water and not too much chemicals. Many thanks!
