Welcome to Sunrise Beach 1903!
We purchased this spacious Panama City Beach vacation rental so we could have a home at the beach to share with our family and others. We selected Unit 1903 because it is very spacious and offers incredible views of the beach. Our condo is a two bedroom two bath beach residence that sleeps up to 10 comfortably. All the rooms and the living area are quite large. One thing you’ll notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular. We like to bring our binoculars so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the Gulf. Since we spend time here personally, we’ve made sure this condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of a home at the beach. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this special beach setting:
Elevator modernization will be going on (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026.

-Carefree check-in so you can go right to this residence once you’re in town
-Over 1000 Square Feet of Living Space on the 19th floor
-Large 200+ Square Feet of Balcony
-The Living room comfortably seats 7 including the Queen Sleeper Sofa
-Living Room includes a SMART TV
-Dining Area seats 6 around a beautiful dining table plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter
-Fully equipped gourmet Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker
-There’s wireless internet access throughout the unit
-There is a full-size washer & dryer conveniently located in the unit
As far as sleeping, this is how it lays out:
-Master Bedroom has KING bed and a SMART TV and a gulf view with balcony access
-Master Bath has a combination tub/shower
-The second bedroom has a KING bed and a SMART TV
-The second bath has a combination tub/shower
-The kid-friendly bunk room has a FULL over FULL bunk and a SMART TV. This area sleeps 4 small ones.

We had a group of 10 with 7 kids 3 adults. We had plenty of room. Very comfortable and clean.

We stayed with another family (5 kids in all) and had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the beach access, the great pools, and walkable area.

I will start by saying that the property is nice. The location was great and lots of sleeping space for my family. Elevator times were reasonable at all times. Checking in was easy. Things I didn’t like: the floors not being cleaned (grapes in the floor when I walked in) there was 2 wash clothes and 4 towels upon arrival. With a party of 10, that’s unacceptable and I had to make a late night run to the store for wash clothes after a 8 hour drive there. The property people agreed to being more the next day but again when I want to shower I don’t want to wait until the next day. Another issue was the fire alarm. I was told that the property would be doing a fire alarm check which I was okay with but what they didn’t explain is that the check would start at 8am and didn’t end until 10pm. In between those times the alarm went off approximately 100 times for 2-4 minutes at a time in the room. We couldn’t relax or rest at all. After a long day of alarms about the time we are asleep (11pm) the alarm in the room started going off and didn’t stop (I gave it ten minutes) until I finally got up and took the batteries out! They sent someone the next day to fix it but we lost a whole day of being able to relax due to these inconveniences! The property person told me that we could have made accommodations to leave during the fire alarm tests. Seriously? I paid good money to have that day of relaxation. The property is nice but allowing people to run it for you hurts at times in my opinion
