All plumbing and electricity have just been updated as well as windows, roof, heating, and everything you'll need for hassle-free experience but in a quality built classic home in a quiet neighborhood. Train station within 6 minute walk and close enough to walk to downtown Salem to all the nice restaurants and entertainment to be experienced. Parking area can fit up to 8 cars.

Hosts were fantastic. Quick to respond to emails. Great communication on details. Home was spotless when I arrived. Host added some holiday decor for us as we were there at Christmas. Large yard with plenty of parking & sitting areas. Dog friendly. Quite safe neighborhood. I choose this home due to location. It is just a nice walk to the downtown area.

OMG we had So much fun and are looking forward to returning! Sam and Annick were the best! We got into town early and we able to get into the property early that was awesome! We got a welcome gift left on the porch witch LOL was so amazing! I will be glad to refer this property to all my friends and family! Property is just enough outside of town to not be in all the hustle and bustle for Halloween and you can even see the fireworks from the House Halloween night! Loved our stay!

Our group was two parents and three young adults 18-20. We had lots of space for everyone and had a wonderful time. The house was spotless upon arrival, and check in was easy. The house is a short 15 minute walk to downtown for tours and shopping. 2 full bathrooms and ample parking. Big backyard if you have little ones that want to run around. The firepit was a nice addition and we enjoyed a bonfire on our last night. Communication with owners was great. Would stay again.
