The house was perfect for our family vacation. There was a leak in one of the showers and maintenance had to come work on the house and the owners were super sweet and apologetic about everything and left us some bread oil! Maintenance men were great and very respectful. Over all we had a great time!

The house was spacious. The kids loved the room with the bunk beds. It was nice to have the extra room with a queen. Three full baths was also a plus!! There were plenty of bath towels and Vacasa beach towels. Kitchen and dining area had plenty of seating for a big family. The family room couches were very comfortable. Beds were cozy. Seating below the house was nice. There was patio furniture and a picnic table. There was also a corn hole game and 2 BBQ pits. We enjoyed playing board and card games that were provided while sitting in the outside area. We could park to full size trucks below the house and another vehicle in front of the house. The only thing the house lacked was an outside area to secure belongings such as fishing poles, ice chest and boogie boards.
We have stayed at many different rental properties and this one was by far one of the best properties that we have stayed at!!

The place was nice on the surface but was actually quite dirty. Our feet were black within minutes of getting out of the shower. We found a piece of food under the couch, and there was a baking tray in the cupboard that still had food stuck to it. There were only two towels for a place that accommodates 10+. There was very loud construction right next door all day long that made naps for my little ones very difficult. VRBO made communication much better to help ease the concerns but we won’t be staying here in the future.
