Spanish Water View apartment was excellent. Clean and very well appointed. Grounds were lovely. Very peaceful. Near Jan Thiel for restaurants. A bit far to other beaches and at time traffic was bad. Overall really good value.

A truly beautiful location. Peaceful and relaxing. Wonderful accommodations. A little confused about the check in process. I missed the email with that information which is my fault. Information on my VRBO app stated there would be a doorman but we arrived and struggled a bit to gain access. Since it’s a self check in with lockbox etc. otherwise FANTASTIC (Bed linens a bit worn and need refreshed)

We loved everything about this property. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. They met us at check in and followed up about our stay while we were there. They were also very prompt to answer questions.
Check in and check out were very smooth.
The unit has huge sliding doors that open the whole interior out to the porch, which was where we spent the majority of our time. We also liked that each room had it's own AC unit which was very convenient and allowed for personal preference. We did not run the AC in the main living area while we were there as there was a nice breeze coming in from the patio, choosing instead to run it in our rooms at night.
The kitchen was well equipped and had everything that we needed for our stay. While there is no oven we found that just having the microwave was sufficient for our needs.
The unit is very conveniently located close to everything we needed - restaurants, grocery stores and beaches.
Overall a great stay! We will definitely be back.
