Unfortunately, the private beaches in Incline Village, community pools, and hot tubs are only open for homeowners and full-time residents until further notice. Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach.

Great place to stay! Walking distance to the lake. The condo was clean and well appointed. The welcome bottle of wine was appreciated!

great location. this property is comfortable but is. NOT recommended for unsteady ambulators down the walkways to the unit. Need hand soap in both bathrooms and more than 2 wash cloths for a unit that sleeps 4. Well stocked kitchen. Freezer shelf was broken, dirty. We were able to use it by flipping it upside down.

Would appreciate more info on restaurants & things to do & map of spa in the unit. The bathmat in master bath was not clean & when i pulled it up it was very wet underneath. We had issue with fireplace as flue was still closed & smelled gas. Maintenance came & need directions on this in unit

Terrific location, easy access to north Lake Tahoe activities. Host was very communicative and helpful. Lovely condo with many thoughtful touches.
