Welcome to Ronce-Les-Bains 300 meters from the beach in this former carpenter workshop rehabilitated holiday home.
It is a chic, family and warm atmosphere that awaits you!
Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ronce-Les-Bains, you will find all amenities within 300 meters walk.
The outside, where predominate a large terrace, a corner plancha and heated pool evokes a style "Charentais" conducive to aperitifs with friends!
Villa Details:
-SALON / GAMING ROOM 60 m2 (TV couch 138cm, Billiards and table football)
-CUISINE AMERICAINE 25m2 (Fully equipped with an American fridge)
-4 BEDROOM two on the ground floor and two upstairs.
(new bedding mattress pocket springs soft home supports firm)
1 bedroom with a double bed 140 cm
1 bedroom with a double bed 140 cm
1 bedroom with a double bed 140 cm and two single beds 90 cm
1 bedroom with two double beds 140 cm + 1 TV 80 cm
-1 shower room, double basins on the ground floor.
-1 private WC on the ground floor.
-1 shower room with Italian style, single basin and a toilet on the floor.
-1 storeroom (washing machine / dryer / iron and ironing board)
-1 Private pool, heated. 7X4 meters flat bottom.
The pool is secured by an electric shutter.
-1 Wood terrace of 80 M2 with Plancha, Barbecue, table / chairs, garden furniture, deckchairs.
Ping pong table.
Petanque.
-1 Free WIFI connection.
Tourist tax 1,40 € / person / day INCLUDED in the price.
Mandatory rental contract sent by email.
35% deposit on booking.
Security deposit: 2000 € (returned at the end of your week).
Cleaning deposit: 200 € (returned at the end of your week, if you do the maintenance).
Optional equipment for one week:
Bed linen: 10 € / person
Towels: 10 € / person
Weekly rental until mid-September, then rented by the night (minimum2).

For 8 adults, us with 4 adult children & 2 with partners, the accommodation was perfect - well thought out features and an ideal location. Everything we wanted was a short walk or drive away...although we spent more time at the house than expected because it was so nice.
