About this apartment rental
Apartment on the 3rd floor, on the south corner of the condominium with sea and mountain views. 2 large balconies. Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, espresso and American coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender, Pop Corn Maker, Granitiera, Hot-Dog Maker and more. 3 LED TV. Shower 110x70, Double Washbasin, External Washbasin on the upstream Balcony. Reserved parking space, shower and car wash in closed courtyard. Very close to the cycle path of the Nervia Oasis and the Roman Theater (CITRA 008065-LT-0020)
The south balcony allows you to eat with a sea view. Near excellent restaurants and play areas for children. Very convenient to the sea, (400 m.) To the new cycle path of the Oasis of Nervia, ideal for reaching Menton, Montecarlo, Nice, Bordighera, Dolceacqua, Bussana, Sanremo and the beginning of the Ospedaletti - S.
