From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. Check in was very easy. The unit was very clean! Directions for the dishwasher would have been nice. The bedding was disappointing…. The mattress was very comfortable but it was about 18” thick while the fitted sheets were made for a much thinner mattress so the corners keep slipping off. They were also rough. Overall the stay was good…but I wish we’d have brought our own sheets!

We loved the home! Everything was clean and comfortable. The views of the mountains were beautiful, especially while sitting in the hot tub. We saw foxes from the deck as well as many birds. We were grateful for the fans that kept us cool on the warmer days. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for one week in July for a family gathering, 7 of us. The weather was great - cool in the evenings and warm during the day. The location is good, near both Frisco and Breckenridge. The property was spotless and well-maintained. We had a minor plumbing problem which they fixed promptly. All of us were able to shower without running out of hot water. We enjoyed the hot tub and having a two-car garage. The property had all we needed to cook several meals at home and plenty of dishes and kitchenware. We would love to return.
