Formerly owned by a professional basketball player and ESPN commentator, these aren’t just rooms—they are a Las Vegas experience.

THE HIGHLIGHTS
The Ultimate Vantage Point: Being on the absolute top floor (38) in the newest tower means unobstructed, panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip.
1,500 Sq. Ft. of Luxury: A massive 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom footprint consisting of a 950 sq. ft. Corner One-Bedroom and a 550 sq. ft. Junior Suite.
Private Balcony: Step outside and breathe in the neon lights. We even provide folding chairs in the closet specifically for your balcony viewing sessions.
Chef’s Kitchens: High-end Sub-Zero, Miele, and Bosch appliances, Ninja blenders, and granite countertops.

Suite 1: The Corner One-Bedroom Penthouse
Master Suite: King Bed with a pillow-top mattress and an office desk overlooking the Strip.
En-suite Spa: Massive Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, dual sinks, separate shower, and a bathroom TV.
Living Area: A Queen pull-out sofa with a memory foam mattress and a second full bathroom, providing total privacy for two couples or families.
Amenities: Three flat-screen TVs total, full kitchen, and dining area.
Suite 2: The Junior Suite Penthouse
Sleeping: King Bed with a pillowtop mattress and a Queen pull-out memory foam sofa.
Spa Bath: Oversized Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and dual sinks with a bathroom TV.
Kitchenette: Premium appliances, high-top bar seating, and a dedicated workspace.

MGM Grand: The 6.6-acre Pool Complex, famous Lazy River, and Wet Republic (entry fee applies to all guests).

THE "PRIVATE OWNER" ADVANTAGE
We offer these penthouses at hundreds of dollars less than the hotel’s website. To provide these savings, we operate under an ABB model:
Cleaning: Your suite is professionally deep-cleaned just before you arrive. Unlike the hotel, we do not provide daily housekeeping, towel refreshes, or trash removal during your stay.
Need More? A placard in the suite provides contact info for our private housekeeping service, who can provide mid-stay refreshes, extra towels, and supplies for a nominal fee.
Supplies: We provide 6 towels per suite and a "starter kit" of toiletries/paper products. For longer stays, we recommend bringing extras or visiting a nearby shop. Both bathrooms have have hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Laundry: Stays of 7+ days enjoy free access to washers and dryers. Ask us about this.
VALET & CHECK-IN
Free Valet: Complimentary for one car per suite. (Note: If the Signature garage reaches capacity, staff may route you to the MGM Grand garage; walking instructions are provided in our Welcome Guide).
Requirements: Primary guest must be 21+. A standard $100/night ($300 max) incidental hold is required at check-in via credit card.

Great facilities and in a great location. We would definitely stay there again. And the view!!! Walkable to so many sites on the strip. I highly recommend this place!

The penthouse was beautiful in an excellent location. The check in process was very easy and the rooms were clean and well stocked with the basic silverware and plates in the kitchen. The view was amazing!

Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay, we loved all the bathrooms and having tons of space and a balcony. Kitchen was fully stocked. Excellent experience having such engaged and responsive hosts. Lazy river at mgm access was a plus. Awesome spot!
