About this house rental
We’re in Salò, in a very central location in town, just 20 meters from the lake on the lakeside promenade. We’re very close to all amenities, restaurants, and bars, as well as the boat landing where you can take a tour of the lake.
Although we’re right in the heart of town, our small, detached cottage is situated in a very quiet setting. Its features reflect its medieval origins; it has a small private garden and consists of a spacious living room with a kitchen, a master bedroom, a loft with a bedroom, and a bathroom. You can park in the paid parking lot located a short distance away, which offers packages for weekly stays; there’s also a bike rental shop nearby.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE:
- CLEANING: 85 EURO
- LINENS: 20 EURO FOR SHEETS, 10 EURO FOR BATHROOM SET
- UTILITY COSTS FOR WATER, ELECTRICITY, AND GAS: 4 EURO PER DAY PER PERSON
