A well lit and spacious 2 Bed / 2 Bath Apt 3 Blocks From Central Park!
Walk to Fifth Ave, Guggenheim, Central Park and the museum mile. The apt is right above the 6 Train Station. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants walking distance from the apartment.
Amenities include new appliances, a washer/dryer, refrigerator and central heating and air-conditioning.
NOTE: The building has only one elevator. While serious issues are rare (last outage was in July 2025, and the building has since upgraded the elevator), please be aware that this can be an issue and you may need to take 5 flights of stairs).
For Parking: Guests may download Spot Angel and Spot Hero apps to reserve nearby parking.
Entry: 6th floor unit. You will meet the Host/staff upon arrival.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to submit a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker. The ID must be sent through the Vrbo inbox and to be verified in person with the Host/staff.
If the guest checking in is different from the booker, guest information must be sent including IDs of all adults or they can be added to the reservation if they have a profile.
2. Guests are required to provide an estimated time of arrival closer to check-in date.
