- 2nd bedroom: Full size bed
- Master bedroom: King bed
- 4th room is our 250sf she shed tiny house. Detached unit as our pool house located in the rear of the property with king size bed. Shower and bathroom in space.
Full size air mattress available in living room closet. No sleeping on couch.
The driveway can fit upto 4 cars when parked side by side. Please do not park on the street or on the neighbors yard or driveways. Off street parking is allowed between the street and sidewalk on the grass. Not on the properties main lawn area. Subject to tow if parking on any neighboring properties.

Just incase of any disturbances or out of the normal activity. if tampered with during your stay, you are forfeiting your stay and can be immediately evicted.

PETS: Pets are not permitted in or on the property without written permission. Bringing a pet without authorization forfeits your deposit and you will result in an immediate cancellation of reservation without refund.

Late check out: $50 at 11:30 & $20 for every additional hour
Extra routine cleaning: $25 per hour, available upon request

You might see or encounter wildlife while in Florida/neighborhood and/or in and around homes, (not regularly seen) including; but not limited to: bobcats, cougars, snakes, alligators, rats, frogs, geckos, birds, bees, wasps, noseeums, mosquitoes, spiders, fire ants, crickets, bugs, roaches/palmetto bugs, roly-polys, and silverfish to name a few.
These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do maintain & spray in advance in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs; however, we cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.

We rented this house for a weekend stay while wedding dress shopping for my daughter. The property was exactly as described in the listing except for one thing…it was bigger than I anticipated! Everything was great and we had a fabulous time! Only wish it was warmer so we could enjoy the pool. House has everything we needed for the weekend and the host was very quick to reply with any questions we had about the house. We will definitely keep this house in mind for the wedding next year for family members coming from out of town!

We rented the house to have a place to visit our son and we had a blast. We enjoyed swimming in the private pool with a screen. The house and rooms are huge lots of room to stretch out and relax after our drive there and afternoon of hanging out in pool. Very close to anything you want to do

Originally I was trying to book this location through another website but ran into some issues. I was so disappointed because I was highly interested in this particular listing due to it being close to my wedding venue. After hours of trying to get around the unforeseen situation, Sebena (OBB) went out of her way to add this listing on Vrbo so we could still utilize their location for our needs. We we’re so grateful! Customer service was there, home and artwork wall was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool area vibes. It was large enough to accommodate us for the stay as well as while we received our makeup and hair services for the wedding. Rooms and bathrooms were great and we loved the outside pool house. Overall we would definitely recommend!
