This 38 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a stylish apartment building and can accommodate up to two guests. Here you’ll find modern interiors and a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to relax and unwind.
The property’s location is particularly attractive: You’re just about 250 meters from the beach and the sea, so you can fully enjoy the fresh North Sea air and beautiful sunsets. In addition, various shopping options, restaurants, and public transportation are all within a short distance—ranging from just 250 to 800 meters away. For sports enthusiasts, there are opportunities to play golf in the area, with the nearest golf course located just 2.6 kilometers away.
The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The open kitchen area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, includes a modern ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are also provided, so you can treat yourself to some culinary delights. In a separate area, you’ll find a dining table where you can enjoy meals together in a convivial atmosphere.
