The apt. was almost perfect. It is quiet, easy to find and in a good location. There were just a few small things that keep me from giving it 5-stars. Some of the furniture was pretty wobbly/falling apart. There weren't any dressers to put clothes in and not enough hangers to hang clothes up. There was also only 1 towel for the kitchen and the permanent filter from the coffee mashine was missing. The frying pans desperately need to be replaced. When I contacted the renter with these issues he was very courteous. He was apparently unaware of these problems and I assume everything will be corrected soon.
