This unit will have a 36-48 hour turnover between guests. The calendar will be blocked according to this. There is a 4-6 night minimum late spring and Summer through Labor Day and a 3 night minimum from October - April. Stays longer than 10 days will need prior approval from management before booking the unit. The Cedar Pointe Townhouse can be booked online through VRBO/Expedia.
This unit can also be rented long-term for $2,250/month, all-inclusive, for 30 days or more, from November - May. Prospective, long-term tenants can contact manager for details.

This was one of the most well stocked rentals we have stayed in! It was very clean and well cared for. Great location near GNP, airport and Columbus falls. We would stay here again.
