About this house rental
Summary:
You will be holidaying in style while exploring our beautiful area. Level 2 - 2 bedrooms with King Beds comfortable and modern furniture. Fully equipped Kitchen, outdoor laundry and off street parking. Privacy via a locked internal door if only one level is required. Balcony with never ending views.
The Space:
Open plan living/dining area with access to balcony to take in those views, that is the essence of 1770. You are a walk to the iconic 1770 Treebar Hotel and the calm waters of 1770 Foreshore, great for young children, and Stand Up paddleboarding.
We have a fenced area to keep your pet safe with you also.
Guest Access:
The whole level is yours for your entire stay.
Other Things to Note:
The Stove top and Oven are gas, please hold the knob in for a few seconds and it will automatically ignite. This level has no screens, please keep lights down at night to prevent bugs from entering the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at 1770 and the house was very functional, clean and easy to access.
Only slight issue for us was remembering the little step down in the house to walk to the bathroom at night. To avoid an issue we had to pile cushions near the step to alert us about the step. However the aircon was cool and powerful and we really appreciated it as we stayed during a heatwave. House was very clean and Chrissy was easy to work with. Thanks so much for having us!
