Rogers Park, nestled on the northernmost edge of Chicago, offers a unique blend of cultural diversity, historic charm, and scenic beauty. The neighborhood's tree-lined streets, historic architecture, and proximity to Lake Michigan create a picturesque backdrop for leisurely strolls and outdoor recreation. You'll have access to the entire first floor, back patio, and yard.
Beautifully rehabbed home, the kitchen, and bathrooms were completed gutted. The entire home has beautiful hardwood floors, and it has been equipped with Central heat and Air-conditioning. A fully equipped laundry room is also available for guests only.
The check-in and check-out processes are easy thanks to our keyless code access. Also, the check-in and check-out times can be flexible depending on availability.
We live next door from our Airbnb, so we can assist right away when needed.
We have a strict NO SMOKING, NO PARTYING, and NO EVENTS in the building policy as we have tenants that live upstairs on the second floor. We ask guests to be respectful by keeping noisy levels to a minimum during their stay. The units are completely separated from each other, and each one has its own entrance.
We're conveniently located between the Jarvis and Morse CTA Red Line stations, both just a short 3-block walk away. The Jarvis station is slightly closer, surrounded by vibrant bars, restaurants, and coffee shops.
Within 2 to 3 blocks, you'll find Sheridan Rd and Clark St, offering easy access to the 147 express bus on Sheridan Rd and the 22 bus on Clark St, both routes leading downtown.
Additionally, the Rogers Park Metra station is just a 5-block stroll from our house, providing a swift and convenient service to downtown. Enjoy a quick 20-minute trip with only 2 stops along the way!
Check-in and check-out times can be flexible depending on availability. We will do our best to accommodate as much as possible.
There is one designated parking spot for guests, as well as easy street parking.

Truly EXCEPTIONAL!!! Easily the best VRBO stay we have ever had. Location, perfectly clean and just great all around. Off street parking is so amazing and if you are not familiar with Chicago parking it is worth it alone. Attention to detail is clear from the hosts to make your stay wonderful. Do your self a favor and stay here.

The house is really lovely, and it’s been thoughtfully and pleasantly decorated. The ceilings are high, which is a bonus. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped (an ice cream scoop would be a nice addition). The ice maker was off on our arrival, but it started producing ice a few hours after we turned it on.The neighborhood is very nice, and it was looking fine, with flowering trees and lilacs coming into bloom during our late-April visit. Many lush hostas have been planted in the sidewalk verge, and the lush lawn announces the care that goes into the maintenance of the property.No street noise filters into the house. However, we were aware of the upstairs neighbors trooping up and down the back stairs and walking around during the evenings. Overall, staying here was an excellent experience.Note: We didn’t have the need or opportunity to communicate with the hosts, but there’s no “NA” option in the rating system.
