Pets:
We are pet-friendly and welcome two well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay.
Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.
For stays over 30 days, a monthly clean will be required which will be coordinated after booking. Monthly cleans will be additional and billed through your booking platform.

A: The closest public boat ramp via car is across from Mesquite Pit restaurant on Pearl St. (It is a 14 minute drive) The restaurant address is 919 E Pearl St, Granbury. The entrance to the boat ramp area is directly across from it on the other side of of Pearl St.
Q: Where can I park my boat and trailer?
A: A trailer/boat can be parked in the grass along the street directly in front of the house, or along the grass on the other side of the driveway on the north side of the home.
Q: Is the pool heated?
A: No, but you can still find my kids swimming in it most of the year .

A: We do allow house-trained dogs upon request.

We loved our visit even though Mother Nature didn’t cooperate too much, it rained a lot.But that didn’t keep us from having a good time, kids loved fishing off the covered dock. They caught a lot of fish. Swam in the pool, and the game room was a big hit. Thanks to our great host for having us and having so much extras for us to do! Definitely would stay again!
