The majority of our cabins will have a higher elevation than this. This means that our roads- both state and private- will be steeper, narrower, and curvier than you may be used to driving. Also, you should expect to encounter gravel roads. Consider it part of our rural mountain charm! Here at Yellow Rose, your safety is our priority. If a cabin requires 4 wheel, front wheel, or all wheel drive to access it, it will be listed in the description. If bringing or riding motorcycles, please call and ask for motorcycle friendly properties. Spent a week visiting withe our son and two grand daughters. Great property and view was the best of any house we’ve ever rented. We visited with family in nearby Tennessee fished, scenic drives and went to the art festival in Dillsboro.?

The place was very nice, plenty of room and comfort, and the pool table was a lot of fun for many of us. A great place to unwind.

We loved the house. It was beautiful and spacious. The game room with the pool table was great. The hot tub is always a plus. My only concern was the drive to the house. The 2 mile drive up the mountain although paved is very curvy and always climbing. The turn into the subdivision is in a curve. After turning into the subdivision, there is a long uphill climb on a rock path. Don't stop or you will have a very difficult time climbing to the house. Again, the house itself was awesome.
