This 3 bedroom 2 bath house has been updated with all the modern conveniences. Everything in this house has been updated including new tile, granite, lighting, and water lines. Wonderful new beds, one king and 2 queens with hotel quality cotton sheets and bedding. Washer and dryer on premise along with new stainless appliances. Plenty of off street parking located just blocks from historic downtown Fredericksburg shopping and nightlife.

The house was exquisite. Every room was furnished, and the quality of the linens was phenomenal. We especially enjoyed the back porch for morning breakfast and evening . I definitely would stay there again and recommend it highly.

We didn’t do wineries. We shopped and drank beer at the shopping area. Went to luckenbach. That’s about it

The house was adorable and very clean and well stocked. We had six adults and a four month old and it worked out perfectly. It is walkable to downtown. The house had everything we needed in it. It had lots of windows for nice light. There was also a very cute back patio. Donald was very responsive and communicative. Would definitely give it a 10 and would stay there again.
