This clean, charming home is located just steps away from Newport's finest restaurants, vibrant waterfront, shopping and nightlife. The condo has a King bed in the Master Bedroom and comfortable Queen Size Pull-Out in the Living Room.
There is not a reserved parking spot associated with the condo but there is a large public parking lot located directly adjacent to the home. The cost from May-October is $20 per day $30 overnight. Parking from November-April is free.
WIFI, Fresh towels, linens, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Machine, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, silverware and plates, basic cookware, Iron, 50" Smart TV's, Air Conditioning, beach chairs and towels.

Troy was an excellent host and always responded quickly to any questions I had. The place is very clean and had all the amenities I would need for my stay. You cannot beat the location because it is so close to everything. We parked our car across the street and walked everywhere. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here end of March - early April with our two young sons (ages 3 and 5) for a trip for my husband’s birthday. Everything was perfect and exactly as described! In case you’re traveling with young children, everything worked out perfectly fine for them. We used the sofa bed and slept just fine! No big deal with noise from the street. Super close to everything but in its own quiet street with parking right there. Everything was great! We’d stay again! And everything you could need was in the apartment. Did laundry and everything. Thanks Troy!!

Clean, comfortable and everything you need for (2 people) your stay in Newport! Perfect location for walking in town to shop, eat & sightsee. The only downfall is no parking, we lucked out being it was off season and able to grab a spot in the parking lot across the street.
