The attached double garage offers protection from the elements, and ample parking space ensures convenience (Space for 1 car). The in-home laundry facilities make it easy to keep your clothing fresh, and the three full bathrooms provide plenty of space to get ready for the day ahead. The BBQ at this property uses a propane tank. There may be some gas available upon your arrival; however, once it runs out, guests are responsible for purchasing or refilling the tank if they wish to continue using the BBQ during their stay.

Whether you're unwinding in one of the three living rooms or enjoying a family meal together, the spacious layout ensures everyone can enjoy their time together. The fully fenced yard is ideal for letting pets roam freely or enjoying some fresh air outdoors.

Good layout for large group to spread out with privacy. Well stocked. Had all we needed. Fry pans could be replaced. Issue with smoke detectors. Old and need replacing as well. But nice back deck and yard.

Hosts were easy to communicate with. The location is on a quiet street with easy access to the Henday.

We stayed at this property over a long weekend with 4 adults and 7 children 12 and under. Check in was very easy with the coded lock on the front door and check information was clearly communicated by the host. The amount of bedrooms at this property is a big plus and one of the main reasons we booked this house - unfortunately, one of the larger bedrooms had a broken bed frame when we checked in that could not comfortably be used by the adults. There were a few other maintenance issues with the property that we communicated to the host, for example a leaky toilet. The house was extremely clean at check in though and well furnished/equipped. The high chair is particularly nice to have if you have a very young child. The kitchen only has a brew coffee machine and the supplied coffee is not great so if you're picky about coffee you may want to bring your own. Check out was also very easy, very few tasks required just kitchen clean up and taking the garbage out. The location was probably the other biggest selling point as it is a very quick drive to West Ed, close to the highway as well making it very easy to get around Edmonton. It's a very nice neighbourhood with lots of parks, walking paths and playgrounds as well. Overall, a decent stay but do wish the maintenance issues could have been addressed as it would have made our stay more comfortable.
