The Space:
Horseshoe Bay Vista is nestled on the ridge of the granite range that stands proudly over Wallaby Way and embraces Horseshoe Bay. You will appreciate the nature on offer on Magnetic Island with many resident rock wallabies and koalas sharing your neighbourhood and the surrounding National Park, as well as a glimpse of the ocean on the horizon.
Just a heads-up – there’s no public transport super close, so having a car will make getting around much easier unless you don't mind a walk !
Horseshoe Bay Vista will provide you with the comforts of an architect designed home especially for it's location. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers all you will need for a wonderful Island Holiday, comfortably sleeping 6 guests.
The open planned living area seamlessly meets the surrounding timber deck that will bring the outside in. The stunning spacious kitchen also is enhanced by this fantastic design of openness.
The private, inground pool and surrounding area is fantastic. Shade is offered by a secured, large umbrella so grab a book and settle into a sunlounge and just let time pass you by. You will learn to understand and appreciate "Island time" .
The garden offers a selection of paw paws, bananas, passionfruit, mangos and lemons. If the season is right and the fruit is ripe you are more than welcome to help yourself and enjoy!
Horseshoe Bay Vista is air conditioned in the living area and main bedroom, with ceiling fans throughout the rest of the property.

Magnetic Island is located 8km from Townsville and accessible by passenger or vehicle ferries.
67% of Magnetic Island is National Park Land, allowing for 36km of walking tracks with Australian wildlife like Koalas, Echidnas, Wallabys and many different birds. These tracks lead to magnificent views of the Island, its bays and surrounding blue Coral Sea.
Getting Around:
Magnetic Island can be easily accessed by the public bus service and taxis.
If you prefer to travel at your own pace there are hire cars available once on the Island. Parking is available.

Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

This property definitely suits multi generational families. The pool was well used and we spent most of our time on the verandah.

We do not know where ti start with this property and Magnetic Island. Peace & Tranquility in a magnificent holiday house.
We could not ask for more. Out exploring the island, we come back to a cool dip in the pool.
Can not recommend this place enough. Agents were also very helpful and friendly.

A fantastic, relaxing stay. Lovely views to Horseshoe Bay. Surrounded by tropical gardens. The pool is large and well used during our stay. So many butterflies in the garden as well as kookaburras and wallabies.
Would definitely recommend.

Lovely property, would benefit from aircons in the other two bedrooms (only has one in main bedroom and living area) we took a portable aircon for one room but our kids really struggled and we live in Townsville so are used to the weather here. Otherwise a lovely property in a great location.
