Come stay at our beautiful Lakeview Lodge. We have enjoyed this home for 30+ years and it is time to share this beauty with others.
Enjoy spectacular views , beautiful sunsets, fires on the beach, clean swimming area, quiet location, all located within 5 minutes to Windham.
The main home( unit 1) is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath immaculately clean updated house is directly on the lake with views of the White Mountains and breathtaking sunsets across Jordan Bay.
The main home (6 person *) has an open concept living / dining and kitchen area all with open water views through the large picture windows and sliders to the deck: equipped with A/C for those hot summer days. Well equipped kitchen has everything you will need including a dishwasher. Tile/wood floors throughout. Two bedrooms have king-sized beds and one bedroom has twin beds. All the bedrooms have A/C units. One bathroom has a shower and a tub that is great for bathing toddlers and one bathroom has a custom tile shower.. A gas grill and patio set is provided on the deck overlooking the lake.
Unit 2( 2-3 person) is a smaller one bedroom/1 bath with shower and a combo living/dining area with a double sleep sofa. The sliding doors in the living room open to the shared deck over looking the lake.
Unit 3 (3 person) is a ground level one bedroom with a queen bed, one bath, living room with queen sleep sofa and a kitchen breakfast nook combined. Bath has a shower. This unit open right onto your private beach.
Cable and wireless hi-speed internet connection included.
There is a fire pit and picnic table on the beach for outdoor meals and late night gatherings.
Boat dock, mooring w/ dingy, canoe, small paddle boat and 2 Kayaks provided for your enjoyment as well as lawn chairs for the beach, floating tubes and a stationary float to swim to.
*There is an upcharge of $100.00 per person for occupancy over 12 persons*
* Linens can be provided for a charge of $450.00 *

Mooring is available with the use of a dingy.

This is the 4th year we have had our family gathering there. The hosts were very accommodating and the place was ideal for our group. I highly recommend it.

House - having separate apartements with their own kitchens worked out great for a big family because eveyone had their own space. Its all the same house, so its not like you are separated either. The main living has a big kitchen and sofa...plenty of space for our family of 12.Private Beach - great sandy beach, dock, and floating dock. This is where we spent much of our time in the perfectly clear water.Owners - very welcoming and attentive to requests. I think the best part was when she said "just let the kids have fun"...meaning she wasn't fussy about kiddos running around the property.This was one of the best vacations my family has had in a long time. We were all very comfortable, didn't have to go anywhere, just played on the lake, cooked great food, and enjoyed the accomodations.

This property has been great for our annual family gathering, this is the 3rd year we have stayed there. The property is large enough for our group and has a layout for the children to have their own space while the adults enjoy the spacious bedrooms with a great view on the 2nd floor. The sandy beach area is great for swimming and there are ample toys available. The hosts are a joy to work with, I highly recommend the property.

This is our 2nd year renting Andrea's lake house. The property is beautiful and the sunsets are magnificent. The house is clean and well stocked. Andrea is a wonderful host.
