- Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.
Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 13 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.

Enjoyed staying in this apartment. The kitchen needed to be a little better stocked for cooking. such as only one cookie sheet and not enough silverware for even four people.

The apartment is wonderful. Check in was complicated and the request for additional needed information was very last minute and only triggered when I messaged our host looking for check in information. Typically it arrives 2- 3 days in Advance. The info was sent day of check in. Again, codes should be shared 2-3 days in advance. Big issue regarding having each guests picture ID was not clear until day before our trip. International guest were able to supply them but was indeed a last minute bother. Ironically the front desk never required it. Parking pass process was also complicated and not revealed until day before. Basically too much last minute communication and direction Making check in stressful.. the team answered every call and was responsive.. Lastly - I don’t mind giving feedback but 5 calls to me on check out day ( while I Was traveling home) was excessive.. .

This property’s floor plan, cleanliness, atmosphere and city views are quire enjoyable. A little more attention to detail to include more complete higher quality, towels, bed linens and toiletries in the bedroom and bathrooms, to more complete and adequate cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen would definitely enhance the functionality of this unit and add to an unforgettable experience. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen houseware is barely adequate for such a nice unit. I purchased on my own and donated to the unit stemless wine glasses so that adequate glassware could be on hand during my stay. There were only 4 or 5 mismatched glasses in the entire unit.
