We've been coming to GIOC for over 25 years and this is one of the most comfortable homes. We have adult children now so appreciate the rooms with queen and king size beds.

The house was wonderful - perfect location and just a really great space. There was enough room for everyone, and it was super close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for families or groups.Just a heads-up to future guests: you are required to bring your own linens, which was a bit of a surprise since the main reason I book vacation homes is to avoid packing things like that. It’s manageable, but something to keep in mind when planning your stay.Overall, a fantastic experience and I look forward to coming back!

We loved our stay and especially the location — it’s centrally located on the Cape, which made it easy to take day trips in every direction. The private beach access was a huge plus and really added to the experience. The house had plenty of space for our group of seven to stay comfortably — we could have easily fit a couple more. The tankless water heater was a major perk, especially with a larger group — everyone was able to take hot showers without an issue. The backyard space was beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a day out.A couple of things to note: for the price of the home, it was a bit frustrating to have to rent linens (towels and sheets) separately. Also, while it’s mentioned in the listing, it’s worth emphasizing that the pool is only open in July and August. We were there in June, and with the warm weather, the kids were disappointed they couldn’t swim. Just something to keep in mind when planning your trip!
