Approximately 2 miles to downtown, Mt. Airy (Mayberry), less than a mile to hospital, less than a mile to highway 52, 89, 601, 74, and 77. Only blocks from Restaurants and shops. Such a convenient location. Once in a while, guest are having problems booking vrbo with pets, no pet fee, so it does not hurt reservation if pets are not entered on the booking. Betty and Jerry are wonderful host...house is well stocked and very pet friendly...so relaxing and cozy...only minutes from downtown...looking forward to our next stay

What a perfect weekend getaway! The home was inviting, well stocked and comfortable. The hosts went out of their way to answer questions about the area and kept us informed as to when we could check in and was quick to respond to any random questions. We will definitely be back!

This rental is a fur-baby paradise. If you have a pet this is the place to rent. There’s a fenced area for your pet and the front carport has a barrier, so if you are sitting out in the carport, your fur-baby is safe. There’s even a vet list for you in case you need it. Betty is a fabulous host and the place was immaculate. I would definitely rent again from Miss Betty and highly recommend this VRBO.
