The holiday home, a separate wing of the house, is located close to the centre on the owner's residential property, approx. 1 km from the Bodden. Railway station, restaurant, shops and doctor within a radius of 500 metres.

The Baltic seaside resort of Dierhagen is approx. 8 km away. In the village there is a fun pool, jetty, boat and bicycle hire, marina, the famous amber museum and good fishing opportunities. Ribnitz is subject to visitor's tax.
