This of two non-smoking holiday rooms is located on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner's 1500 square metre property, about a 10-minute walk from the Baltic Sea beach. Shopping facilities and a restaurant are within 500 metres. The holiday rooms are equipped with a double bed, radio, flat-screen TV, seating area, fridge, coffee machine and shower/WC. The bathroom in room 2 is spatially separated from the accommodation unit and can be reached via the small corridor. There is also the possibility to wash dishes.

A modern water park, the Ostseetherme, is located in the centre between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
