About this apartment rental

Idyllically situated on the edge of the forest in Linow, the holiday apartment for up to 2 adults and 1 child is located on a 4,000 square metre residential and natural property with a villa (the owners' home) and an old flour mill in an outbuilding. The long-distance cycle path E10, which connects the neighbouring villages, runs directly past the property. The open-plan gallery flat is located on the upper floor of the residential outbuilding, which was extended in 2010, and can be reached via a separate entrance via an external staircase. It is equipped with a living and sleeping area (upholstered furniture, double bed, sofa bed, TV, radio, fireplace), a kitchen and dining area (kitchenette with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table, various kitchen appliances), a bathroom (shower, WC) and is centrally heated. Due to the sloping roof, the apartment is only partially suitable for people over 1.95 metres. The grounds include a beautiful natural garden with many niches, seating areas, deckchairs, a garden pond, a campfire site, a greenhouse and a paddock. The owner offers seminars and workshops on forest bathing, wild herbs and healthy eating. (Current course offers and booking on site.) The hosts' philosophy is: Arrive, relax, enjoy. For this reason WLAN is not available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. Pets: One small dog up to a size of 40 cm is allowed.

Linow, a district of the small town of Rheinsberg, is a small village in the middle of the Stechlin-Ruppiner-Land Nature Park in beautiful, unspoilt surroundings. Thanks to the abundance of lakes and forests, nature holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet will find the best conditions here. There is a restaurant, boat and bicycle hire, horse riding and swimming at the small and large Linowsee lakes in the village. The residential town of Rheinsberg, approx. 5 km away, is best known for its 18th century rococo castle, where the Prussian Crown Prince Friedrich resided. Today, the castle grounds, which include a theatre, the Chamber Opera and the Kurt Tucholsky Museum, host the annual Chamber Opera Festival and other musical events. In addition to the picturesque old town with its numerous restaurants and cafés, other visitor attractions include passenger boats, boat and bicycle hire and a swimming area on Grienericksee lake.
