About this apartment rental
The apartment has 90m2 + 30m2 of terraces. 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 fully equipped bath / shower rooms. Refurbished, two things are obvious when you enter it: a magnificent sea view of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar, the Moroccan coasts and the golf course of Santa Maria Elviria at 150m, and real comfort due to the spacious space but also the neat decoration.
The two terraces are really pleasant in summer and winter: the first due south invites you to relax in comfortable sofas, the second due west gives the sun at the end of the day and allows lunches or dinners with family or friends with its space barbecue.
The kitchen offers large worktops, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer, toaster, blender, and numerous cupboards for dishes and various storage spaces.
The living room with its large dining table can seat up to 6 people, like the living room in front of the sea. TV with French, Spanish, English, German, Russian, Scandinavian, Italian channels, etc. Wifi included. Sheets and towels + beach included.
The apartment is located on the first line of the urbanization of Los Lagos de Santa Maria, which explains its ideal sunshine and its magnificent view.
A secure parking space is located in the basement under the apartment.
The urbanization of Los Lagos de Santa Maria Golf is very well maintained and fully secure (video camera surveillance, remote controls, parking gate and lift access), it has two swimming pools, one of which is located 60 meters from the apartment. The Elviria shopping center with its many restaurants, shops and supermarkets is 3 minutes by car (or 20 minutes on foot), Elviria beach, among the most beautiful in Marbella, is 4 minutes by car.
If you are a Golf lover, you are in the heart of a paradise: driving range of Elviria Hills at 2 minutes by car, and at least fifteen courses open all year within a radius of 15 minutes by car.

We had a lovely 6,5 week stay in this appartment. It’s very quiet envirement and we had privacy. Nice view and close to the golf course which was busy and we had long waiting times but the course is good. The owners are very kind and helpfull. We got a lot off tips for dinner and beaches.

The place where the apartment is located has great views over the golf course and out to sea. On a clear day you can see the Altas Mountains. The apartment itself was clean, well furnished & surprisingly homely. The corner plot gave us more space which we took advantage of. The host was available & helpful when needed, enabling a smooth start / end to our holiday. It was perfect for us. Would definitely return.

This beautiful and very tastefully decorated apartment was a dream to stay in! Though we were only one couple and didn't really need the extra room and bathroom, it was great to have all this space. This place would be more than adequate for parents and children or for two extra adults.
It was the first time in our long history of renting houses that we found the kitchen SO well equipped. Bed was extremely comfy. A huge plus was the Southwestern terrace equipped with high-end furniture. There is also a Northeastern terrace but due to the winter weather we didn't really use this.
The owner is absolutely charming and helpful but also very discreet, which was a big bonus to us.
There was only ONE minus point, but NO fault of the owner: the barking dogs (next door) and the yapping poodle in the apt. below us were a real nuisance. But this may be just us: it's the first time we've rented an apartment instead of a house. Apart from this there is absolute peace and quiet in a charming neigborhood. And... we'll sure be back next year!

The appartment is spacy with two very sunny terrasses. There is all provided what you need for a good stay, including an apron in the very well equiped kitchen. The owner is very friendly and is always redy to help you out with any issue which might accure. We enjoyed our stay and it was quiet a long one.
