The view was awesome! Beds were comfortable and it was pretty clean. There is some aging in some of the cabinets and some of the pots and pans could use to be replaced. Overall we love the place and will be back if we come to Destin again. It’s close to everything and the security is tight so no one coming in there that isn’t staying on the property. Would recommend if you are wanting a place to stay!

Reviewer Comments:
Our family of 5 had a great time staying at this condo. We enjoyed it's location, pools and beach. The beach was extremely busy and the chair rental service was the only negative thing about the beach. the width of the front of the beach was completely blocked off by the service while I would say 1/4 of those chairs were rented. We found ourselves at the end of the trip traveling to a public beach due to this. Overall, the condo was great, clean and spacious. We wished they had a regular sized coffee maker (big coffee fans) but that wasn't the end of the world. Overall, I would recommend the condo/location to anyone. Dealing with Phyllis was also great, she was super responsive. Thank you!

The resort itself is beautiful, with great amenities and a well-maintained property. We enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but unfortunately the beach setup was a major disappointment. The resort places all rental umbrellas and chairs closest to the water, forcing guests who bring their own umbrellas and chairs to set up behind the rental area.Upon arrival we were very happy with the condo. As we settled in I noticed that there was a dirty towel at the top of the shower head. There was mold on the shower curtain as well. I also had to rewash several dishes when I noticed they were not clean when we went to use them. So in summation we come to the beach to enjoy being close to the water, and it was frustrating to feel like we were being pushed to the back unless we paid for rentals. The cleanliness of the unit itself was a disappointment as well. Although we made the best of our stay and enjoyed our time, we will not be rebooking at this location due to the beach policy and unit cleanliness.
