About this apartment rental

Centrally located in Boise on the West Bench. Minutes from downtown, BSU, and the airport. Updated modern 1 bedroom unit with entry through private patio. Excellent quality linens, towels, and essential bath products to make your stay very comfortable. Be aware, that this is a mid-century home, and being a basement unit you will hear tenants' footsteps from above.

This was a nice property nice location and I liked staying there. I had to buy a robe as I needed one and needed slippers as the floor was cold. I had my son pick me up later in the day to go hiking and eating on a daily basis. I was able to stay extra days so I can be there for the three day weekend.

We love everything at this place. So cute, cozy and clean. It got everything you need. They even have extra towels, and linens. The hosts are easy to reach and very thoughtful. And it’s in a very safe area and there’s a walking distance coffee shop which is really, really good. I would definitely recommend this to our friends and family that would visit us here in Idaho.

This is a very nice place with everything you need. It is conveniently located to most anywhere in the city. The hosts are very nice and responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall, the stay fine. The problem was the noise of footsteps from the resident above that lasted until the early hours of the morning. Suggestion, is to wear socks not boots. Didn’t get much sleep. No AC, so climate control was challenging. Besides, that all was well.
