Very nice and comfortable property Beds comfortable as was the couch. TV programming limited but we used our Roku which worked out fine. location of the water softener and garage configuration made it not condusive to putting vehicle in the garage. Thank you for including a leaf blower in the garage which allowed us to blow the tree droppings off the vehicle.

Perfect Location, the beach is across the street, with beach path directly across the street from the condos. They had all the beach chairs and equipment any group would need. With 3 levels, everyone had space, very nice!

The townhome that my family and I stayed in was an amazing experience. The rental has plenty of amenities and includes everything you need to venture out to the beach (beach towels, beach toys, umbrella, etc.) or if you just want to hang around the rental. The kids enjoyed playing the board games included in the rental and my wife and I appreciated the beautiful view of the intercoastal from our unit as well as the very convenient walk across the street to the beach. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who may be interested in a visit to Indian Rocks Beach!
